DYGA
EN/PL

I'm a software developer and founder from Warsaw. I co-founded Codaro, a startup that spent eight months in residence at Google for Startups Campus.

Since October 2026 I've been studying at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Before that, from July to October 2026, I built AI tools for the marketing team at Tidio.

I also co-organised a hackathon for 100+ developers, ran eco-quizzes for a thousand students with Ecovita and built my own SaaS, Scrape&Send.

I believe a great product without distribution doesn't exist. Here's how I got here.

The story

Five chapters, one treasure hunt.

I dig for things worth finding. Old coins at the weekend, and the rest of the week, products people actually want. Here's how that search has gone so far.

  1. I

    2022–2023

    1,500 emails

In high school I joined the Zwolnieni z Teorii olympiad and started Ecovita with friends. I led the project, which meant nobody else was going to find partners for us.

So I wrote to them. About 1,500 emails, by hand. Enough of them said yes that we ran eco-quizzes with prizes in around ten Warsaw high schools for about a thousand students, and shipped a zero-waste app to Google Play.

    What it taught me

Distribution is manual work long before it's a strategy.

  2. II

    2023–2025

    Ideas don't fill waitlists

Next came Riddep, a positive social network for young people, and then Advena, an app that matches people with social projects based on their skills. We were early to AI and trusted it too much.

Advena still took us places: a debate on AI in Polish schools with the Deputy Minister of Digitization, a partnership with the Catholic Intelligentsia Club in Warsaw and Silver Wolves for the best social project in the region. What it never got was a full waitlist.

    What it taught me

Marketing decides more often than the product does.

  3. III

    2025–2026

    Three pivots

Codaro started after the Econverse V4 final. An honourable mention at TeenCrunch got us into Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw, where we spent eight months.

We pivoted three times: from verifying freelancers' hours, to a live view for team leads, to a quality gate for AI-generated code. I ran marketing, partnerships and sprints, gave my first pitch at Pitch Me Baby, and co-organised a hackathon for 100+ developers even though none of us had ever been to one.

The first sale came in March 2026. Users kept growing, sales didn't. In May we asked ourselves whether it still made sense. Part of the team carried on, and I stepped back.

    What it taught me

Whoever leads owns the result. Follow traction, not your first idea.

  4. IV

    2026

    The road

Right after Codaro I hitchhiked from Poland to Istanbul and back with a friend. Three weeks on the road was the reset I needed.

Then I spent four months at Tidio, building the website for the Lyro AI agent, now Ayro, and prototyping AI tools for the marketing team.

    Now

    Back to school

Since October 2026 I've been studying at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

The next chapter isn't written yet. If you're building something worth finding, let's talk.

Tidio — AI agents and tools for the marketing team

AI Development, Developer Marketing · Jul–Oct 2026

At Tidio I worked where code meets marketing. I built the website for the Lyro AI agent from scratch, which now lives on as Ayro at getayro.ai. I also prototyped AI marketing agents, an outbound personalisation tool and a Notion sync bot.

Codaro — A startup that pivoted three times before anyone paid for it

Co-founder, Marketing, Operations

Codaro started after the Econverse V4 final. First we measured freelancers' work, then we gave team leads a live view of their teams, and in February 2026 we built a VS Code and JetBrains plugin that acts as a quality gate for AI-generated code. That's when the first sale came, along with a few hundred users.

I was responsible for marketing, partnerships and keeping the team together. An honourable mention at TeenCrunch got us into Google for Startups Campus, and we were backed by ElevenLabs and Youth Business Poland.

Event, Partnerships, Community

The format was “Build Core, Pivot Live”: teams built a product and got new requirements halfway through, just like in a real startup. Plus a panel on the future of developers in the age of AI.

We organised it in a month. I brought in more than 20 partners, including Google, n8n, Red Bull, JetBrains and Lovable. The prize pool exceeded 25,000 PLN.

Social project, Zwolnieni z Teorii olympiad

The first project I led. I came up with and ran ecology quizzes with prizes in around ten Warsaw high schools.

I found the partners myself by sending about 1,500 emails by hand. Among those who said yes were the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the Centre for Citizenship Education.

We also shipped ecovita, a free zero-waste app on Google Play that maps nearby second-hand shops, food-sharing fridges and markets.

Scrape&Send — Cold email where every message is written for one person

Founder, SaaS, AI · 2026

Scrape leads. Write emails. Send on autopilot. You describe who you're looking for, and Scrape&Send finds companies or decision-makers on LinkedIn, Google and company websites, writes a unique email for each one and sends them from your own inbox on a natural schedule.

I built it end to end, from scraping and AI personalisation to Stripe payments. A subscription didn't sell, so I switched to a one-time lifetime licence from $14.99, and that's how the first sale came.

from five projects and a few failures

Smaller projects

  • Freelance — 2024–2026

AI-powered systems for clients, including a custom CRM. TypeScript, Python and Java.

  • Advena — 2024–2025

An app that matches people with social projects based on their skills. Silver Wolves in the Zwolnieni z Teorii olympiad.

  • Riddep — 2023
